Borinquen Container Corporation was founded in 1969 and remains Puerto Rico's largest independent packaging company. As manufacturer's of corrugated fiber packaging products, we have set the industry's standard of excellence in Puerto Rico. Our outstanding commitment has led our company to become sole suppliers to major pharmaceutical, food, electronic, and agricultural companies throughout the island. Furthermore, our quality program has enabled us to become certified suppliers to a large number of these companies.

Our fiber drums division was founded in 1975. This fiber drum division was created to fulfill a need in the marketplace and offer additional products and services to our customers. Our main focus is total quality and customer satisfaction. True to our "constant improvement" philosophy, we offer our clients the best value, quality, and service.

Borinquen Container Corporation currently serves over 500 customers throughout Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Our manufacturing plant and offices are located in Hatillo, Puerto Rico and consist of 42,500 sq. ft. of corporate offices & Fiber Drums Division, 67,500 sq. ft. of roll stock warehouse and a 187,000 sq. ft. production building.

Our operation runs on two 8-hour shifts working five days a week. Our production line is equipped with top-of-the-line machinery that yields 3-million sq. ft. of daily output. Our outstanding quality assurance department guarantees that our production meets and excels our customers’ expectations.
